Just as important as the skin on our complexions, is the skin on our decolletages. I think there are few thing sexier than strong shoulders and nice clavicle bones. So, while I try out Frownies for my pending frown lines, why not try out my newest find: Chest Savers – to prevent chest wrinkles?
Frownies and Chest Savers both work on the age-old principle that preventing gravity keeps skin taught. These products work by smoothing out the skin while we sleep, allowing it to regenerate and diminish lines. Yes, it sounds primitive but these face stickers and this bra contraption spread out our skin, and are to be worn as we sleep, to fight aging by not letting our skin and bodies wrinkle and krinkle.
I admit, I have been looking at this product for a while (along with “the anti-aging pillow” that doesn’t let your head move, preventing face creases). But I don’t know how I feel about wearing a bra to bed, inhibiting the flow of circulation and lymphatic drainage to the breast area. The Chest Saver website says you can wear them day or night, but emphasizes the importance during sleep time.
These bras will set you back $56 (approx), and the dated site along with the images of scary mannequins make me skeptical (I’m a sucker for good marketing). Still, sometimes the simplest solutions are the most effective. And this is a relatively straight-forward, natural way to prevent decolletage aging.
What do you think? Give Chest Savers a whirl? Or am I letting a gimmicky product access the irrational part of my brain?
I do think its worth taking good care of our lady parts (hence my post on boob skincare). Hey, they don’t call ’em assets for nothin’.
