Immune support for the sick

//Immune support for the sick

I am sick – and nothing puts me in a worse mood.  I can’t think clearly, I can’t breathe properly and I can’t get everything I need to done.  Lately, there has been something going around, but a couple of winters ago I was coming down with a flu every month due poor immunity.  I think it was because I was working a lot, sleep very little and not taking care of myself.

I tried oil of oregano, echinacea, cold fx and cracked ginger.  Nothing worked.  I would be sick for two weeks, only to get sick again in another two weeks.  Then I discovered Banyan Botanicals’ Immune Support.  A co-worker at Pure + Simple said she had been taking it every day, but extra dosing it if she felt flu symptoms come on.  I rolled my eyes – as much as I love Ayurvedic supplements, it seemed like I had a super-cold and was skeptical about how effective herbs would be.  But I took four caps every two hours…and was amazed.  I began to feel better within the next day or so.  This may be common for you, but at the time, I was being put out for weeks.

So, since then I always make sure I have a bottle in the house.  And I have converted so many friends to it, that sometimes I have found an ill buddy show up at my doorstep hoping I have some left in my stash for them when they have run out.  Now that I’m more resilient, I find taking some Immune Support when I feel sick can supersede a cold or flu or if I do get sick, help me turn around much quicker.  Just imagine what it can do for people who heal regularly.

If you are like me and been bit by the flu making its rounds, help make yourself feel better faster and get some of this.  I don’t usually flat out endorse products on my blog, but in this case, I hope to help everyone avoid feeling icky.

    I had really bad cold this time last year and actually picked up this product!! It helped A LOT so I too have it on hand. I hope my immune system doesn’t fall victim to what’s going around (several people are sick at my office :s) …but it feels good to know thatI have a well stocked medicine cabinet 😉

    Get well soon Kristen! Ginger tea and ample rest 🙂
